Shipping Policy

At Josh and Nicol, we offer a range of delivery methods, which you are able to select during the checkout process. We deliver to the whole of the UK. However please note that certain services might be restricted in some areas and deliveries may take longer.

We offer Free UK Delivery on orders over £250. 

Our working hours are 9 am-5 pm Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays.

Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse you will receive a confirmation email to let you know it is on the way.

If incorrect delivery information has been used at checkout, you can email us at info@joshandnicol.com to check if we can amend your information before we process your order.

Josh and Nicol does not accept responsibility for items being delayed through customs/security checks or adverse weather conditions.

There are no refunds on shipping costs unless joshandnicol.com is responsible for the error.

UK Delivery.

 Standard delivery operates weekdays Mon - Fri 9 am to 7 pm. Kindly place your order by Tuesday to receive it by Friday at the latest to ensure you get all your goods before the weekend.

All UK orders take approximately 2-5 working days.

NEXT DAY DELIVERY

 Need your item ASAP? Next working day delivery needs to be placed by 3.00 pm to be received the following day by 7.00 pm latest.

Next-day delivery costs 6.99GBP.

Next-day delivery is only for the next working day, so if you’ve placed an order on Friday after 4.30 pm or the weekend, then you’ll receive it on the following Tuesday.

Bank holidays and public holidays are for resting, so any next day deliveries placed on these days will be despatched on the next working day and delivered to the customer the following day.

Unfortunately, please note that we are not able to offer same-day delivery options to some areas within the UK.

WEEKEND SATURDAY DELIVERY

Items are delivered on the first Saturday after the order is placed. Orders must be placed on or before Friday by 3.00 pm to be delivered on Saturday.

If your nominated delivery day is Saturday but you’ve ordered in the week, We can hold on to your items and make sure it’s despatched on time so it’s delivered exactly when you want it.

DELIVERY SERVICE

 DPD or DHL handles all our deliveries.

Reliability is key, which is why we use a signed-for delivery service.

Please make sure you or someone you know will be present to sign for your delivery.

 If no one is in, we’ll make sure we leave a card so that a re-delivery can be arranged, or you can collect from the depot unless advised otherwise.

 INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY SERVICE

 We use DHL, UPS, FedEx, DPD, TNT for our international deliveries.

Note that we use a signed-for delivery service.

Please make sure that you or someone you know will be present to accept your delivery. If no one is in we’ll make sure we leave a card so that a re-delivery can be arranged, or you can collect from the depot unless advised otherwise.

 For both free and paid deliveries, you will need to make sure that you cover any customs or taxes costs, should any be incurred when shipping to your destination.

At Josh And Nicol we do our best to deliver within the stated time, however, we cannot guarantee or be held responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance of the destination country. Please also note that international deliveries can sometimes take longer than expected.

 Please don’t refuse a delivery. Unfortunately, refused deliveries will incur a cost of the original delivery plus the return cost. Any refund made will be minus the total delivery and return cost in the case of refused deliveries.

 RETURNS AND EXCHANGES 

 We hope that you will love everything you buy from us, however, if this is not the case, we promise to refund any item you are unhappy with when you return it to us in original condition and tags still attached within 14 days of the date shown on your receipt.

 When returning items to Josh & Nicol, please place your returned goods in their original packaging and do not remove any labels or tags. No makeup, no perfume.

Once the product has been returned you will be responsible for additional shipping costs.

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM?

Re-pack the item in its original packaging with labels and tags still attached.

Cover your address label with the Josh & Nicol returns label found on the delivery note.

Send an email to returns@joshandnicol.com so that we can process this request.

Return the package by using the Post Office counters and obtain proof of postage from the Post Office. Please do not post the package through the post box without obtaining a certificate of posting.

Keep your certificate of postage safe, as you will need this as your proof of return.

Please note that unless products are faulty, we will be entitled to recover any direct costs of having to recover the products from you. In such an occurrence we may set such costs against the amount re-credited to you in the refund. 

HOW DO I RETURN A FAULTY ITEM?

If you receive a faulty item we will be happy to exchange or refund, please send us an email, advising us of your order number along with the name/product code of the item affected and the details of the problem, so that we may investigate this for you.

Please return the item to us following the same procedure as stated above.

We‘ll examine the faulty product and be in touch with information of what refund you are entitled to via email within a reasonable period of time. 

HOW LONG WILL THE REFUND TAKE TO BE PROCESSED?

If you would like to return an item, we will refund you within 14 days of the day that we email you to confirm that you are entitled to a refund. Please note, this is provided that the product returned is received back to us within the 14 day returns period or is faulty.

 Faulty products returned by you will be refunded in full, including a refund for the delivery charges for sending the item. However, if there is more than the returned faulty item in the same order, the delivery charge will not be refunded.

In the event that we do not receive your returned goods, we will ask you to provide the certificate of posting from the Post Office or location as proof of postage. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if you are unable to provide the certificate of posting.

We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.

CAN AN ITEM BE EXCHANGED?

We are able to process exchanges, only if the exchanged item is in stock.  If you would like to return an item, please return your item as outlined in the above sections and we will happily process a refund for you.

When exchanging items to Josh & Nicol, please place your returned goods in their original packaging and do not remove any labels or tags. No makeup, No perfume.

CANCELLATION RIGHTS

 All items that have been shipped out of our warehouse cannot be canceled. ( see return policy).

Virtual Gift Cards

Josh & Nicol Virtual Gift Cards are sold subject to the following Terms and Conditions:

* Virtual Gift Cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

* Virtual Gift Cards can be redeemed against all products on the www.joshandnicol.com site.

* Virtual Gift Cards are non-transferable and may not be returned or redeemed for cash.

* If your order total is less than the value of the Virtual Gift Card, the remaining balance will remain on the Virtual Gift Card for use on a future order.

* If your order exceeds the value of the Virtual Gift Card the remaining balances must be paid by credit or debit card.

* If you return products you have purchased using a Virtual Gift Card, the remaining balance will be credited as an additional Virtual Gift Voucher. If you return an item paid by both gift card and credit card, you will be refunded on your credit card up to the amount of your initial card payment and the remaining amount will be refunded as an additional Virtual Gift Card.

* Virtual Gift Cards will be e-mailed to the recipient once the full order has been processed and payment has been taken.

* JOSH & NICOL is not liable for delivery of a Virtual Gift Card to an incorrect or non-existent email address. This is the sole responsibility of the purchaser.

* JOSH & NICOL is not responsible if a Virtual Gift Card is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission.

* Promotion codes cannot be applied to the purchase of Virtual Gift Cards.

* Sales tax and shipping is applicable on any products purchased with a Virtual Gift Card.
